Most vending companies serving DFW are regional operations running dozens of routes out of a warehouse somewhere else. You get a dispatch line, a ticket number, and a driver who's never seen your building before.

That's not this. I live in the area. My team and I service these accounts personally. When you call, you're calling the person who's responsible for the machine, which means problems get fixed instead of escalated.

Polite Pantry is small on purpose. I'd rather serve 10 locations well than 100 badly, and every location I take on is one I personally set up.

Is it really free?

Yes. We cover the equipment, installation, card readers, stocking, and service. We make our money on what sells. You're providing floor space and an outlet.

What if the machine breaks?

You text or call me. Most issues are resolved in 1-2 business days. You will get a response from us same day.

Who handles refunds when someone loses money?

We do. There's a contact number on every machine, and refunds come from us. Your staff should never be handling this.

What's the commitment?

We start with a 30-day trial period. If it isn't working for your location, we remove the equipment and part on good terms. No penalty, no argument.

What do you need from us?

Floor space and a standard 110v outlet. Micro-markets need a bit more room and, depending on the setup, a second outlet.

Can we request specific products?

Please do. Product mix is customized per location, and we adjust based on what actually sells. If your crew wants something specific, tell us and it'll be in the next restock.

Do you offer healthy options?

Yes, and not as an afterthought. Protein, low-sugar drinks, and better-for-you snacks are standard.

Are you insured?

Yes. Polite Pantry carries general liability coverage, and we can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
